We gather all the information we need from you to start booking and planning your trip. Typically, this includes:

• Who is traveling, and their ages (children),
• Where do you want to go?
• When do you want to go?  Are you flexible?
• Your budget
• Any other information you would like for us to include in planning your dream vacation.
• Do you want travel insurance?
• Are you celebrating any special events during this vacation?

Once we know all the details, we start researching!

• We know all the tricks of the trade so you won't have to deal with any headaches such as holding on the phone for reservations, dining, transportation and more. 
• ​Other than answering a few questions we may have along the way, you won't need to do anything but pack! 
• We do all the research, find the best value, make all the calls and get confirmations.

Now that all the research & booking is complete, we start the planning.

We create an itinerary that is a flexible or detailed as you like! 

Once the itinerary is complete, we will send you a packet with all the information you will need. 

We ALWAYS include personal touches and magical extras to complete your trip! 

We make ourselves available during the entire process of your travel. Any questions or concerns you may have before, during, after your travel - we are here for you!
