Hi, I’m Amanda Reed, a Texas-based mom of two who seriously loves Disney! Some of my favorite trips as a kid were the ones we took to Walt Disney World. It’s so fun for me to now play a role in families creating their own Disney memories together!

In March 2020, my husband and I were looking forward to a trip to Walt Disney World with our two-year-old daughter when Disney announced their closure because of the pandemic. We rescheduled twice and got to take that long-awaited trip in October of 2021 with a one-year-old baby along for the ride. Since then, we’ve also taken our girls on a cruise aboard the Disney Magic in January 2023. The Reeds just can’t get enough Disney!

Exploring Olympic Game Farm’s Disney Legacy

Did you know there is a Disney connection to the PNW? I didn’t know until early 2018, and I’m from the area! During one of my many trips out west to visit my parents, my brother found the Olympic Game Farm in Sequim (pronounced skwim), WA for a day trip with our parents during a visit. My brother discovered the connection with the founder of the Olympic Game Farm, Lloyd Beebe, and Walt Disney, during a little research of finding the farm. So of course, we had to go check it out and see for ourselves, being a Disney family.
