Welcome to White Gloves Travel Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking travel services with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Our Role as Travel Advisor

White Gloves Travel Company acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent. We do not own, operate, or control the suppliers that provide the actual travel services (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors).  All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. By booking through us, you agree to abide by each supplier’s rules and policies.


2. Prices & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change until paid in full and confirmed by the supplier.
  • Deposits and final payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all invoices and confirmations for accuracy.


3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation and change policies are set by the supplier, not White Gloves Travel Company.
  • Fees may apply for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.


4. Travel Documents & Identification

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required identification, passports, visas, vaccinations, and other documentation needed for your travel. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued.


5. Responsibility & Liability

  • White Gloves Travel Company is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
  • Your use of our services is at your own risk..


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical expenses, or lost baggage.


7. Website & Content

All content on our website is provided for informational purposes.  We make no guarantee that information (including pricing or availability) is always current or error-free.


8. Supplier Affiliation Disclaimer

White Gloves Travel Company is an independent travel agency. We are not affiliates, owners, or employees of the travel suppliers we work with, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.


9. Disney Affiliation Disclaimer

Our agents are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge and are recognized as individuals who have attained a special knowledge of Disney Destinations. White Gloves Travel Company is not affiliated with, authorized by, or employed by The Walt Disney Company, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
